Overview
One of the ways to be successful in your studies is to use effective study techniques. To plan and have routines for studying. Pomodoro is a time management tool created by Francesco Cirillo from Italy in the 1980’s. It’s a method to become more effective and organize time for studies without distractions. The work is divided into 25 min concentrated phases and then there is a five-minute pause to take a break from the task and do something else for five minutes, move your body. After five Pomodoros take a longer pause for at least 25-30 min.
